Positive effects of early childhood intervention on society:
Taking the Perry Preschool Project as an example, the experimental group's academic completion rate increased by 30% compared with the comparison group. Its employment rate also increased by 100%. Besides, the study found that the number of people receiving social relief after they reached adulthood was 100% more than that of the comparison group, where early childhood intervention is proven to effective in reducing the relief-dependent population. It also helps in reducing the crime rate and promoting social stability. The tracking results of Perry Preschool Project show that the experimental group has 65% fewer violent crimes compared with the comparison group.
